Audit/Accounting Manager


  • Lead audits of a client company and report results.
  • Conduct risk analysis, control identification, and audit program development.
  • Own project management responsibility for all phases of assigned audits, reviews and compilations, including planning and reporting.
  • Demonstrates and apply a thorough understanding of project management skills ensuring engagements meet department requirements.
  • Will identify and report on risks found through the audit process as well as design and execute testing procedures.
  • Sets overall engagement milestones (planning, fieldwork & reporting) for assigned engagement.


  • Advanced knowledge of audit practices and financial and operational processes.
  • Creating high quality deliverables using appropriate business/technical language.
  • Demonstrates a highly skilled ability to evaluate internal controls, effectively lead/develop a team of peers, analyze and solve complex problems, conduct research, and express ideas clearly, concisely and persuasively both verbally and in writing.
  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of business ethics.
  • Demonstrates the ability to multi-task, by in-charging and/or performing testing on more than one engagement concurrently.
  • Ability to work full-time and additional hours as needed.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • CPA certification.
